This petition has been filed seeking quashing of order dated

01.05.2013 passed by the learned trial court framing charge against the petitioner

under Sections 498A/406 IPC as well as order dated 01.04.2016 passed by the

learned Additional Sessions Judge, Faridkot dismissing his revision petition

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has

been acquitted of the charges against him, therefore this petition has been

rendered infructuous.

Disposed of accordingly.
