This is a petition filed under the Guardian and Wards Act VIII of 1890

by the petitioner-Deepak Ramji Walodra, paternal uncle of minor Tejas

Ganesh Walodra who was born on 8 November 2007 to his biological parents

late Ganesh Walodra (father) and Mrs.Reena Ganesh Walodra (mother).

Minor’s mother Reena died on 22 May 2008 and the father expired on 23

June 2018. The case of the petitioner is that after the demise of the parents,

minor Tejas is residing with the petitioner as nobody is in the family to take

care and protect the interest of the minor. There is one another uncle namely

Dhananjay who has made an affidavit (page 26) dated 16 July 2019 that he

has no objection for the petitioner being appointed as a guardian of minor

Tejas.

. In paragraph 6 of the petition, the petitioner has set out the names of

the relatives of the minor from the paternal side as also from the maternal

side. Except them, there are no other relatives.

. Deceased father Ganesh was taking care of the minor after the death of

his wife Reena who died in the year 2008. Now in view of the demise of

father of minor, the minor is looked out by the petitioner. It is stated that the

deceased father of the minor owned Flat No.A/202, 2 nd floor, admeasuring

480 sq. ft. (Built up) situated at Surya No.1 Co.Op. Hsg. Soc. Ltd., Survey
