CR No.2513 of 2017
Date of decision : 27.04.2018
Deepak …Petitioner
Versus
Rekha …Respondent
CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KSHETARPAL
Present: Mr. S.S. Mor, Advocate for the petitioner.
****
ANIL KSHETARPAL, J. (ORAL)
Counsel for the petitioner has very fairly submitted that the
main petition under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act has already been
dismissed and the petitioner has already filed an appeal challenging the
aforesaid order.
This revision petition has been filed against the order passed by
the learned trial Court while deciding the application filed under Section 24
of the Hindu Marriage Act granting maintenance pendente lite. Once the
main petition itself has been dismissed, in the considered opinion of this
Court, the present revision petition does not survive.
In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed
as infructuous.
