ORAL ORDER

1. By way of this revision application, the applicant
challenges judgment and order passed by the learned 7th
Additional Sessions Judge, Vadodara in Criminal Appeal No.78
of 2016, whereby the respondent Nos.2 to 4 came to be
acquitted from the charge of offence punishable u/s 498A,
323, 504, 114 and section 3 and 7 of the Dowry Prohibition
Act.

2. Having heard the submissions made at bar, it appears
that both the Courts below concurrently found and recorded
findings of acquittal against respondent Nos.2 to 4.
Considering the reasons assigned by the learned Court of
appeal in para 12 and also certain inconsistency in the version
found and observed by the learned trial Court, this Court,

upon analysis and appreciation of facts and evidence, do not
find any impropriety or illegality in the findings of fact
recorded by both the courts below requiring any interference
at the hands of this Court in exercise of its revisional powers.

In the result, present Criminal Revision Application
being devoid of merits, both on law and facts, stands rejected
at admission stage.
