Crl. Misc. No. M-32237 of 2016
Date of decision : 02.12.2016

Dharambir … Petitioner
versus

State of Haryana Anr. … Respondents

CORAM:- HON’BLE MRS. JUSTICE ANITA CHAUDHRY

Present: Mr. K.D.S. Hooda,Advocate
for the petitioner.

Mr. Anmol Malik, AAG, Haryana.

Mr. Jagmohan S. Ghumman, Advocate

ANITA CHAUDHRY , J(ORAL)

Through the instant petition, the petitioner is seeking

anticipatory bail in FIR No.461 dated 10.07.2016 under Sections 328, 354,

498A, 506, 34 of IPC registered at Police Station Sector 5, Gurgaon, Distt.

Gurgaon

It is necessary to mention here that the petitioner was initially

arrested and was released on regular bail but after addition of Section 328

IPC, he has filed the instant petition seeking anticipatory bail.

Learned State Counsel has pointed out that Section 328 and

354 IPC have been deleted on 17.09.2016.

Since the newly added sections have already been deleted,

therefore, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous.
