Respondent no.2 is present with her advocate. She has
tendered affidavit and orally also communicated the court her no
objection for quashing of the chargesheet and FIR.
2. Petitioners are also present with their respective advocates.
3. The FIR is under sections 498A, 406 and 34 IC.
4. Parties state that the marriage between them is to be
dissolved in the proceedings filed jointly before the District Judge
at Alipore,West Bengal. Matrimonial Suit No. 33 of 2017 filed
there and Misc. Case 653 of 2017 filed before the District Judge,

Alipore are also withdrawn.
5. Respondent no. 2 informs the court that she does not have
any pending recoveries against the petitioners and her
stridhan/ornaments are already received by her. In view of this
development, we make the rule absolute in terms of prayer
clause (b). Petition is disposed of.
