The instant misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been

filed by the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.0221/2019

registered at Police Station Mahila Thana, Sri Ganganagar for

offence under Sections 406 Section498A IPC.

Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report dt.

10.11.2019 received from the concerned Police Station stating

therein that after thorough investigation, the police found the

offence under Section 498-A and Section406 IPC proved against the

petitioner No.1 Dilip Choudhary and the offence under Section 406

IPC against the petitioner No.3 Prahlad Ram. The rest of the

petitioners are not found to be guilty of the said offence so the

present misc. petition has become infructuous. The report so

submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor is taken on record.

No case for quashing of FIR is made out.

Accordingly, the criminal misc. petition is dismissed. Stay

petition is also dismissed.
