Heard learned counsel for the applicant, Sri I.P. Srivastava, the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
The instant application has been moved seeking anticipatory bail in light of the apprehension of the arrest of the applicant in Case Crime No. 95 of 2014, under Sections 323, Section326, Section504, Section506, Section498A IPC and Section 3/4 D.P. Act, police station Mahila Thana, district Agra.
The instant application for grant of anticipatory bail is clearly not maintainable since admittedly Non Bailable Warrants and process under Section 82 Cr.P.C., have been initiated against the applicant. In view of the aforesaid and the position in law as settled in SectionLavesh v. State (NCT of Delhi) [(2012) 8 SCC 730], this application is rejected.
