Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the
petitioner is in custody for 180 days and he has been falsely implicated
in the instant case.
Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for
bail.
Having considered the materials in the case diary prima facie
disclosing involvement of the petitioner in the alleged torture on the
victim housewife who committed suicide within three months after her
marriage, we are not inclined in granting bail to the petitioner.
