ORDER

When the matter was taken up, the learned Public Prosecutor

on instructions submits that further investigation was ordered and the

same was conducted. It is submitted that the accused Nos.2 to 4 in

Crime No.123 of 2016 of the Kollam West Police Station have been

deleted from the array of the accused. Now the only person arrayed

as an accused in the crime is the 1 st petitioner herein and the offence

alleged is under Section 498A of the IPC.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays that

he be permitted to withdraw this petition without prejudice to his right

to challenge the final report.

Reserving such right, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
