Mr. Bhattacharyya, on instructions submits that the appellant does not want to proceed

with the present application being CAN 8079 of 2018 for maintenance pendente lite.

Liberty may be given to the appellant to file afresh with better particulars.

Accordingly, the present application being CAN 8079 of 2018 is hereby dismissed “as not

pressed”.

In re: CAN 8088 of 2019.

Considering the submission of Mr. Bhattacharyya and after perusing the records, the

impugned judgment and order, the respondent/husband is restrained from contracting any

second marriage.

Accordingly, there is a stay of operation of the judgment and order dated 19th June, 2018

passed by the learned Additional District Judge, 13th Court at Alipore in Matrimonial Suit No. 92

of 2010 till disposal of the appeal.

Let the matter appear on 19th March, 2020 at 2-00 p.m. to enable the appellant to file the

application for maintenance pendente lite.
