1. Learned Counsel for both the parties seek time to produce the

Roznama of the proceedings under the SectionDomestic Violence Act, being D.V.

No.21 of 2013. As far as the proceeding under Section 498A of the Indian

Penal Code, which is pending in the Court of the learned Additional Chief

Metropolitan Magistrate, Bandra, Mumbai, being Case No.701375 of 2015,

is concerned, both the learned counsel state that the learned Additional

Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bandra, Mumbai, be directed to complete

the recording of the evidence of the complainant – Fatima Abdul Kadeer

Ansari on the next date i.e. on 27th May, 2019. Accordingly, learned

Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bandra, Mumbai, is requested to

complete the recording of the cross examination of the complainant –

Fatima Abdul Kadeer Ansari on 27th May, 2019.

2. As far as the said case being Case No.701375 of 2015, it may

be noted that the learned counsel for the applicant is not pressing for

transfer of the said case from Bandra, to Thane.

3. At their request, stand over to 11th June, 2019.
