By this writ petition the petitioner is seeking a writ of certiorari to quash the F.I.R. dated 24.09.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 0204 of 2018 under Sections 498A, Section313, Section323, Section506 IPC lodged at Police Station Ameenabad, District Lucknow.
Vide order dated 26.10.2018, interim protection has been granted to the petitioner.
As per the instructions received by learned AGA, final report has been submitted on 07.06.2019 and the same has been forwarded for onward submission to the Court concerned.
By passage of time, it must have been filed before the Court concerned.
Accordingly, the writ petition has rendered infructuous and it is dismissed as infructuous.
