Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

This petition has been filed for quashing the First Information Report No.1391/2019, dated 13.11.2019, under Sections-498A, 304 B of SectionIPC and 3/4 of SectionDowry Prohibition Act, Police Station- Kotwali Sadar, District Kheri.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have been falsely implicated in this case.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that till credible evidence is collected or till filing of police report under Section 173 Cr.P.C., the petitioners shall not be arrested in the aforesaid case crime. The petitioners will cooperate with the investigation.

The petition stands disposed of.
