The instant criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.0177/2019
dated 13.06.2019 registered at Police Station Bhadra, District
Hanumangarh for offence under Section 406 IPC.
Learned Public Prosecutor has submitted a report dated
10.07.2019 received from the concerned Police Station wherein it
is mentioned that after thorough investigation, the police has
prima facie found proved the offence under Section 406 IPC
against the present petitioner.
No case is made out for quashing of FIR.
Accordingly, the misc. petition is dismissed. Stay petition is
also dismissed.
