Heard Sri Amol Dixit, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Badrul Hassan, learned Additional Government Advocate for opposite parties no.1 to 3 and Ms. Pallavi Misra holding brief of Sri Pradeep Kumar Singh, learned counsel for opposite party no.4.

By means of present writ petition, petitioners have prayed for quashing of the impugned First Information Report dated 4.7.2018 registered as case crime no.0580 of 2018 under Sectionsections 498A,Section323,Section504,Section506 I.P.C. and 3/4 SectionDowry Prohibition Act at Police Station Chinhat District Lucknow.

During the pendency of present writ petition, mater was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre to this Court in which matrimonial dispute between the parties has been amicable settled and in this regard a report dated 14.4.2018 has been sent by the Centre to this Court which is on record.

Moreover, in the present case, petition under Sectionsection 13-B of the Hindu Marriage Act,1955 has been filed by opposite party no.4 registered as Regular Suit No.2372 of 2018 ( Smt. Vijay Laxmi Singh Vs. Gaurav Chaudhary) in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Lucknow which was decreed by judgment and order dated 9.3.2019.

Accordingly, a request has been made by learned counsel for petitioners and learned counsel for respondent no.4 that in view of the above said development F.I.R. in question may be quashed.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and going through the record as well as taking into consideration above said devekopment the impugned First Information Report dated 4.7.2018 registered as case crime no.0580 of 2018 under Sectionsections 498A,Section323,Section504,Section506 I.P.C. and 3/4 SectionDowry Prohibition Act at Police Station Chinhat District Lucknow is hereby quashed.

For the foregoing reasons, the writ petition is allowed.
