It appears that pendency of instant proceedings and order
passed by this Court on 17.9.2019 has yielded positive results. The
petitioner and respondent, a married couple unfortunately led
estranged life for almost three years owing to personal differences, but
dominated by ego syndrome. They have a son, who is the real sufferer.

Despite resistance of petitioner this Court postponed hearing of
the case from time-to-time with a pious hope that both of them at some
time may reconcile differences and lead a happy married life. This
Court is extremely happy that today Shri Gaurav Jain, petitioner and
Ms. Lovina Jain, respondent come to the Court with positive mind set to
first withdraw allegations against each other, cases filed against each
other and lead a happy married life. To reinforce what is stated at bar
both of them have filed separate affidavits duly sworn and passed on
Board, taken on record. Both of them have reiterated in the context of
previous order sheet dated 17.9.2019 undertaking to withdraw
allegations, counter-allegations, cases, counter-cases against each
other. It is happy landing. It is also informed that the case filed by Ms.
Lovina Jain under Section 12 of Protection of Women from SectionDomestic
Violence Act has been withdrawn on 27.9.2019.

It is submitted that three cases namely divorce case filed by
petitioner, case for custody of child under the Guardians and Ward Act
and maintenance case under Section 125 Cr.P.C. and restitution of
conjugal rights under the provisions of SectionHindu Marriage Act are posted
for consideration on 18.10.2019 before the Family Court, Indore. Both
