ORAL ORDER
Prima facie, it appears that the first informant is residing
at her parental home along with her children since 29.5.2015
and impugned FIR being 11210004200215 for the offence u/s
498A, 323, 114 of the IPC with Amroli Police Station is
registered on 29.1.2020 and therefore, present Criminal Misc.
Application deserves consideration.
Notice returnable on 21.8.2020. Learned APP waives
service of notice for the respondent – State. Meanwhile, no
coercive steps shall be taken against the applicants.
However, the investigation shall go on in accordance with law.
But, concerned investigating officer shall not file charge sheet
without prior permission of the Court. Direct service
permitted.
Considering the nature of relationship and dispute

involved in the matter, the parties are directed to explore
possibility of settlement through the Mediation Centre, High
Court of Gujarat.
Registry is directed to refer the subject matter of
present application to the Mediation Centre annexed with the
High Court of Gujarat for the purpose of exploring possibility
of settlement. Learned Mediator shall submit its report
before this Court on or before 7.5.2020.
