1. This Criminal Application is directed against the order dated 2 nd May,
2018 passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 27 th Court, Mulund,
Mumbai, thereby issuing process under sections 109, 112, 114, 120B, 321,
323, 350, 357, 383, 384, 385, 406, 416, 420, 467, 468, 471, 498A, 504,
506 (2) read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant/
respondent No.2, who is a sister-in-law of the applicant, has filed a D.V.
Proceedings against the applicant.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that Criminal
Application No. 831 of 2018 is fixed on 12 th March, 2019 i.e., as per CMIS.
Hence, he prays that the present Criminal Application be also fixed on 12 th
March, 2019.
3. In view of this, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 12 th
March, 2019. In addition to Court notice, private service is allowed. Till
then, no coercive action is to be taken against the applicant.
