ORDER:
1. Heard learned counsel for the appellant.
2. Issue notice to the respondent. Learned APP
waives notice for the Respondent State.
3. The Appeal is Admitted.
4. Call record and proceedings.
5. The learned advocate for the appellant submits
that the accused was on bail during the trial. He has
been convicted under Sectionsection 354 IPC impugned
sentenced to suffer R.I. for a maximum period of
three years and to pay fine of Rs.1000/-. The
appellant has deposited the entire fine amount.

6. Considering the short term sentence and the fact
that the appellant has deposited the entire fine
amount, substantive sentence is suspended during
pendency of the appeal subject to the condition that
the appellant shall furnish P.R. bond and solvent
surety as per discretion of the trial Court.
7. Bail before the trial Court.
8. The appellant shall attend the trial court once
in three months and shall attend this Court as and when
directed.
9. Criminal application is disposed of.
