Court has been apprised that the appellant is required to pay

Rs.1.50 lakhs as arrears of maintenance pendente lite. Learned counsel for

the appellant submits that he wrote a registered letter to the appellant in

view of the order passed by this Court on 13.03.2019. However, he has

received no instructions.

In view of same, appeal is hereby dismissed for non-

prosecution. However, liberty is granted to the appellant to seek revival in

case there is any change of the circumstances.
