This order shall dispose off first anticipatory bail application

filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. by petitioner Gurdhian Singh in case

bearing FIR No.87 dated 26.05.2019 registered at Police Station Sadar

Sangrur under Sections 498A, Section406, Section323 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has handed over a demand

draft bearing No.004085 dated 20.08.2019 drawn on HDFC Bank in

favour of Amandeep Kaur for an amount of `30,000/- which has been

received by learned counsel for respondent No.2 Mr.KBS Mann,

Advocate, and a copy thereof has been placed on the record. He further

submits that in compliance of the orders of interim bail dated 13.06.2019

passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigations which is not

controverted by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI

Sukhwinder Singh, Police Station Sadar Sangrur who submits that the

petitioner is no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to

be recovered from him and that he has no objection if the interim order is

made absolute.

In view of what has been stated above and in the light of

orders passed earlier, the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order

dated 13.06.2019 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions. The

petitioner shall abide by the conditions specified under Section 438(2)

Cr.P.C. till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan).

Thereafter, he will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the

satisfaction of the trial Court.

However, in view of the assertion that has come about from

the side of the complainant by Mr.KBS Mann, Advocate, parties are

directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this

Court on 04.09.2019 for settling their dispute, if any.

The petition stands disposed off accordingly.
