Aggrieved by the dismissal of her application under Section 25

of Guardians and Wards Act for the custody of minor children Bibekdeep

Singh (son) and Arpandeep Kaur (daughter), the wife has preferred this

appeal.

Bibekdeep Singh has by this time attained majority whereas

Arpandeep Kaur is still minor.

Counsel for the appellant has submitted that he has got the

instructions to state that the appellant will be satisfied in case she is granted

the visitation right in respect of Arpandeep Kaur daughter.

This appeal is disposed of with the consent of both the parties.

It has been agreed between the parties that the appellant will be permitted to

meet the minor child-Arpandeep Kaur at Trilium Mall, Circular Road,

Amritsar from 2.00 P.M. to 6.00 P.M. on 2nd and 4th Sunday of every month.

It will be open to the parties to change the place, time and date of meeting

with the mutual consent for convenience of the parties and the child. The

arrangement would continue till Arpandeep Kaur attains majority.

On the basis of the agreement arrived at between the parties, as

mentioned above, the parties would implement the order with effect from

27.05.2018 which is the 4th Sunday of this month.

In case of non-compliance of the terms of the settlement, it will

be open to any of the parties to file an application under Section 43 of the

Guardians and Wards Act for regulating the conduct of the parties and

enforce the rights accruing from the aforesaid agreement.
