This Criminal petition is filed under Section 482 of
Cr.P.C praying to direct the Jurisdictional Police Authorities
to secure the presence of respondent Nos.2 to 5 and
produce them before the Jurisdictional Court in Principal
Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate First Class, Ramanagara
in C.C.No.148/2017 for the offences punishable under
Sections 498A, 504, 506, 323, 34 of IPC in accordance
with the direction of the Jurisdictional Court and etc.,

This Criminal petition coming on for Admission, this
day, the court made the following:

ORDER

Pursuant to the order dated 21.08.2018,

Investigating Officer Sri Naveen B, CPI, Ramanagara

Town, is present before the court and submits that

accused Nos.1 to 4 will be produced during the course of

the day before the Principal Civil Judge JMFC,

Ramanagara.

2. The submission of the Investigating officer is

placed on record.

3. In view of the compliance of the aforesaid order,

no further order is necessary in this petition.

Accordingly, criminal petition is disposed of.
