This petition has been filed for transfer of the trial of criminal case

No.18 dated 06.05.2013 titled as ‘State v. Suba Singh’ initiated on the basis of

FIR No.76 dated 22.08.2012 under Sections 498A/342/323/34 IPC, Police

Station Sri Muktsar Sahib pending in the court of the learned Additional Chief

Judicial Magistrate, Sri Muktsar Sahib to the court of competent jurisdiction

outside District Sri Muktsar Sahib.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from HC Surjit Singh,

submits that this petition has been rendered infructuous as all the accused in the

abovesaid case have been acquitted by the learned trial court on 01.02.2018.

Ordered accordingly.
