Issue Notice. Learned Public Prosecutor accepts notices on
behalf of respondent No.1-State. Issue notice to the respondent
No.2. Rule is made returnable within four weeks.
Heard on the stay application.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, no case for grant
of stay is made out in respect of respondent No.1, however so far
as petitioner Nos.2 3 namely Sunil Singh and Savitri
respectively are concerned, no coercive steps shall be taken
against them in connection with FIR No.0133/2019, PS Mahila
Thana, District Jodhpur for offence under Sections 498A, Section406, Section323
IPC till next date of hearing. However, they will join the
investigation.
