This is an application made under Section 438 Cr.P.C., seeking pre-arrest bail by the
petitioners, namely, (1) Hashem Ali (2) Habej Ali (3) Hasen Ali (4) Hasina Khatun
(5) Nazma Khatun @ Nazma Ahmed and (6) Hazera Khatun, in connection with
Nagarbera Police Station Case No. 34/2020 , registered under Sections 354/341/325/34 of
the IPC.

I have perused the petition including the annexures furnished therewith.
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public
Prosecutor, appearing for the State.

After going through the FIR it does not appear any incident to attract the offence under
Section 354 IPC.

Call for the case diary.

Accordingly, in the interim, it is provided that in the event of arrest of the petitioners above
named, in connection with the case aforementioned, they shall be released on furnishing bail
bond of Rs.10,000/- each with a suitable surety of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of
arresting authority with a direction to appear before the Investigating Officer within ten days.
List the case on 07-04-2020.
