The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Code of

Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case

FIR No.619 dated 17.9.2018, registered for the offences punishable under

Sections 498A, Section323, Section376, Section377, Section506, Section406 and Section120B/Section34 IPC at Police Station

Surajkund, Faridabad.

Heard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegations

levelled against the petitioner are false and frivolous. Nothing has been

recovered from the petitioner till date. Father-in-law of the petitioner has

already been released on anticipatory bail by the learned Additional

Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Faridabad on 18.1.2019.

The petitioner has failed to comply with the order dated

2.5.2019. It is submitted that the petitioner is not ready to pay Rs.25,000/-to

the respondent. Serious allegations have been levelled against the petitioner

with regard to demand of dowry. Even the prosecutrix was subject to rape

by father-in-law.

Keeping in view the seriousness of the allegations levelled

against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant the concession of

bail to the petitioner.

Dismissed.
