Rane 2/4 ABA-229-2020 (SR. 905)
28 January, 2020.

under Sections 376, 498A, 406, 323, 504, 506(2)
read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. I have perused the complaint. It is
alleged that, in March 2019 or around, the
applicants sexually assaulted the complainant.
Subsequently in April, 2019 the complainant had
gone to her parents house, whereafter she was
taken to Care Hospital, Mhada, Malvani at Malad.
However the complaint of the alleged sexual
assault came to be lodged only in December, 2019.

4. The learned APP seeks time to verify the
medical reports of the complainant, who was then
examined in the Care Hospital, Mhada, Malvani at
Malad in April, 2019. Time granted.

5. Prima-facie the allegations against the
applicants, who are in-laws of the complainant are
not probable because, complaint says, though she
told her husband of the sexual
harassment/assault, he did not believe it. Be
that as it may, since the State seeks time to
verify the facts alleged, stand over to 17th
