This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2
herein not to harass the petitioners and their family members
under the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners
and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that at
the instance of the complaint preferred by the third respondent, a
case in Crime No.14 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 498A
and 406 IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and Section 4
of the Women Harassment Act. He further submitted that the
petitioners have been enlarged on anticipatory bail and that a
matrimonial case for dissolution of the marriage is also pending.
He added that the respondent police has neither harassed the
petitioners nor an intent to harass the petitioners.
4. The statement of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor
is recorded. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is disposed
of.
