called twice, but no one has appeared on behalf of appellant Jagjit Singh.

Counsel for the respondent claims that the arrears of

maintenance pendete lite, if calculated, would come to Rs.1,00,000/- upto

April, 2018.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
