Appellant has filed this appeal under Section 14(2) of

The Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of

Atrocities) Act, 1989 seeking regular bail in F.I.R. No.

281/2017 registered at Police Station Gandhinagar, District

Ajmer for offence under Section 354 Indian Penal Code, 1860

read with Section 7/8 of Protection of Children from Sexual

Offences Act, 2012 and Section 3(I)(W)(ii) of The Scheduled

Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act,

1989.

Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that

the appellant is in custody since 12.12.2017. Challan has

already been presented in the court and conclusion of trial

may take time.

Learned State Counsel, has opposed the petition.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the

case, it would be just and expedient to order the release of

the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on the

merits of the case, this appeal is allowed. Appellant be

admitted to bail subject to satisfaction of the Trial Court.
