The applicant has been convicted for an offence under section 354 IPC
and sentenced to RI for one year and a fine of Rs.500/- .

Looking at the short sentence of one year, I am inclined to allow

I.A.No.21161/2017 and suspend the remaining part of the sentence
imposed upon the applicant and direct that the applicant be released on

bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/-
