1. Petitioner has filed this second bail application under Section

439 of Cr.P.C.

2. F.I.R. No.102/2018 was registered at Police Station Behror,

Alwar for offence under Sections 354 I.P.C. and Section 7/8 of

POCSO Act.

3. No case for grant of bail to the petitioner is made out as the

prosecutrix in this case is a minor and has levelled allegation

against her teacher with regard to sexual assault.

4. The second bail application is rejected.

5. Petitioner would be free to move fresh bail application after

recording of the statement of the prosecutrix.

6. The trial Court is directed to record the statement of the

prosecutrix.
