2. Applicant is a father- in-law of deceased. He is seeking

pre-arrest bail in Crime No.I-324 of 2019 registered with Kalwa Police

Station for the offences punishable under sections 306, 498A, 323,

504 readwith Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The

daughter- in-law of the applicant committed suicide on 03.07.2019.

Applicant’s son and wife are the co-accused.

3. I have perused the FIR. The applicant 50 years old. Prima

facie the allegations do not suggest that the applicant knowingly

aided and/or abetted and/or instigated his daughter-in-law to

commit suicide. Allegation of harassment are general. In view of

this, following order is passed:

ORDER

i) In view of this, in the event of arrest of the applicant
in the Crime No.I-324 of 2019, he shall be released on
bail, on furnishing P. R.Bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one or
two sureties in the like amount;

ii) The applicant shall report to the Investigating
Officer once in a week commencing from 9th December,
2019 between 11:00 to 12:00 noon till further order;

iii) The applicant shall inform his latest place of
residence and mobile contact number immediately after
being released and/or change of residence or mobile
details, if any, from time to time to the Court seized of the
matter and to the Investigating Officer of the concerned
Police Station;

iv) The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or

attempt to influence or contact the complainant, witnesses
or any person concerned with the case.

4. Stand over to 16th January, 2020.
