Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this petition

seeking quashing of complaint No.51 RT Dated 27.9.2011/2013 filed by the

respondent under Sections 498A/406/420/506/34 IPC, pending in the court of

learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Rajpura, has been rendered infructuous

as the abovesaid complaint has since been dismissed by the learned trial court

on 24.10.2016.

This fact is not disputed by the learned counsel for the

complainant.

Disposed of as having become infructuous.
