2 Applicant is husband of the complainant. Their
marriage was solemnised in 2007 and the complaint is fled
in August, 2019. I have perused the complaint. Allegations
are very general in nature. Prima-facie, allegations donot
constitute and/or indicate that the applicant has committed
an ofence under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code,
1860. It is submitted that complainant has fled

proceedings under the SectionDomestic Violence Act. In view of
the facts and nature of accusation, following order is
passed:
(i) In the event of arrest of the applicant in Crime
No.459 of 2019 registered with Powai Police Station, he
shall be released on executing PR bond in the sum of
Rs.10,000/- with one or more sureties in like amount.
(ii) He shall report to the Investigating Ofcer as and
when called.
3 Application is allowed and disposed of.
