This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of

directions to Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Derabassi for expediting the trial.

It has been submitted that final police report has been submitted

but charges have not been framed.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction

to Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Derabassi before whom (FIR No.147 dated

3.5.2018 registered under Sections 406, 498A IPC at Police Station

Zirakpur, District Mohali) is pending to record the statement of the

complainant and material witnesses on day to day basis and to conclude the

trial at the earliest preferably within a period of seven months from the date

of recording the evidence of the complainant.
