Learned counsel for the petitioners absent.
Perused the record. The petition is filed under Section
482 of Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the FIR in Crime

No.804/2015 registered for the offences punishable
under Sections 498A read with 34 of SectionIPC and Sections 3
and Section4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing,
learned HCGP appearing for respondent No.1 submitted
that based on the statements given by the petitioners as
well as the respondents, the Investigating Officer has
submitted B-Report before the trial Court on
26.05.2016. In view of this submission, nothing further
survives for consideration in this petition. Hence the
petition is dismissed.
