Issue Notice. Learned Public Prosecutor accepts notices on
behalf of respondent No.1-State. Issue notice to the respondent
No.2. Rule is made returnable within four weeks.

Heard on the stay application.
In the meanwhile, no coercive steps shall be taken against
the petitioners in connection with FIR No.110/2018, PS Mahila,
Bikaner for offence under Sections 498A, Section406, Section323 IPC till next
date of hearing. However, they shall join the investigation.
