ORAL ORDER

Prima facie, it appears that the general and vague
allegation is made in the F.I.R. registered under the provisions
of Sections 498A, Section504, Section506(2) and Section114 of the Indian Penal
Code. Therefore, present application deserves consideration.

let there be Rule. The learned A.P.P. waives service of
Rule for the respondent – State.

Meanwhile, relief in terms of para 9(B) is granted.

Looking to the nature of relationship between the parties
to the proceedings, they are directed to explore possibility of
settlement through the Gujarat High Court Mediation Center
and the learned Mediator shall submit report thereof before
this Court. Direct service is permitted.
