The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 438

Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in FIR No.66 dated

10.07.2019 under Section 354 IPC registered at Police Station Sadar Moga,

District Moga.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the

order dated 19.09.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the

investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Angrej Singh,

does not dispute the aforesaid fact and states that custodial interrogation of

the petitioner is no more required at this stage.

Learned counsel for the complainant has contended that the

petitioner had entered the house of the prosecutrix and had done obscene acts.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties.

Since the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial

interrogation is no more required, the present petition is allowed and the

interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 19.09.2019 is made

absolute.

However, if required, the petitioner shall continue to join

investigation as and when required to do so and shall abide by the terms and

conditions, as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
