Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Code

of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in F.I.R.

No.319/2018 registered at Police Station Renwal, District Jaipur

Rural for offence under Section 420 Indian Penal Code, 1860

and Section 66-D of The Information Technology (Amendment)

Act, 2008. During investigation, added Section 406 Indian

Penal Code, 1860.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the

petitioner is in custody since 18.05.2019. Challan has already

been presented in the court and conclusion of trial may take

time. Similarly situated co-accused Mohammed Mehaboob

Alam has been granted bail by Co-ordinate Bench of this court

vide order dated 1.7.2019.

Learned state counsel has opposed the petition.

Since, co-accused has been granted bail by Co-ordinate

Bench of this court and without expressing any opinion on the

merits of the case, this petition is allowed. Petitioner be

admitted to bail subject to satisfaction of the Trial Court.
