Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

This petition has been filed for quashing the First Information Report No.317/2019, dated 14.10.2019, under Sections-498A, 323, 504, 313 and 377 of SectionI.P.C. and 3/4 of SectionDowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Talkatora, District Lucknow.

It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, it is provided that till credible evidence is collected or till filing of police report under Section 173 Cr.P.C., the petitioners shall not be arrested in the aforesaid case crime. The petitioners will cooperate with the investigation.

The petition stands disposed of.
