CRIMINAL APPLICATION (APPP) NO. OF 2019
This is an application for assisting the prosecution filed
by the first informant.

For the reasons stated in the application, the
application is allowed. Mr. H.R. Gadhiya, learned counsel is
allowed to assist the prosecution.

The application is disposed of.

CRIMINAL APPLICATION (ABA) NO. 839 OF 2019
Heard Mr. Dewani, learned counsel for applicants.
Issue notice to the non applicant-State.
Mr. Ghurde, learned Additional Public Prosecutor
waives service of notice for the State and prays for time.

Put up this matter on 24.12.2019.

The applicants are father-in-law and mother-in-law of
Smt. Mahima Sawlani who lodged report against the applicants,
her sister-in-law and husband on the basis of which a crime is
registered at Police Station, Lakadganj, Nagpur vide Crime

No.358/2019 for an offence punishable under Section 498A read
with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3 of
the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for applicants invited my attention to
page 42, which is an order below Exh.-3 passed by learned Judge
of the Court below, by which the applicants were protected
during the pendency of the application for pre-arrest bail.

In that view of the matter, in the meanwhile in the
event of arrest in connection with Crime No.358/2019 registered
with Police Station, Lakadganj, Nagpur for an offence punishable
under Section 498A read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal
Code and under Section 3 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, applicant
no.1-Kewal s/o Parumal Sawlani and applicant no.2-Smt. Rashmi
w/o Kewal Sawlani, be released on bail on they executing P.R.
bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one solvent surety in the like
amount.

Applicant no.1 is directed to attend Police Station,
Lakadganj, Nagpur from 11.12.2019 to 20.12.2019 and shall be
with the investigating officer from 11:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m.
