Prayer in this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. is for

grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.407 dated

06.10.2018 registered under Sections 323, 376, 498A, 506 read with Section

34 of IPC and Section 67 of Information and Technology Act, at Police

Station Badhra, District Charkhi Dadri.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Shamsher Singh,

states that during investigation, petitioners have been placed in column No.2

and challan has been presented.

In view of above, the order dated 21.12.2018 whereby the

petitioners were granted interim bail by this Court, is made absolute.

Accordingly, present petition is allowed.
