1. Heard Mr.Mundargi, learned counsel for the petitioners.

2. The petition is filed for quashing the subject FIR filed at

the instance of the respondent No.2 for offences punishable under

Sections 498A, 406, 323, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the

Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioners are married sisters and their respective

husbands, who are relatives of the respondent No.2-Original

complainant. There is no specific allegations levelled against them.

4. In light of the above, notice was issued to respondent

No.2. In pursuance of this notice, Advocate Ms.Akshita Prajapati

has filed her appearance on behalf of respondent No.2. However,

we find that on several occasions none appeared for respondent

No.2.

5. In above circumstances, we cannot keep the application

pending indefinitely. We are inclined to give one chance to

respondent No.2 and by way of indulgence and as a last chance we

defer the hearing of this petition till 29th July 2019.

6. It is made clear that if none appears on behalf of

respondent No.2, this Court would be compelled to proceed ex-parte

and decide the application on merits. Respondent No.2 is also put

on the notice that application would be decided finally at the stage

of admission.

7. Ad-interim relief granted earlier shall remain in

operation till the next date.
