1] In-laws of the complainant are seeking relief of quashing

of FIR dated 19th November 2017. They claim that it is under

sections 498A, 354 and other sections of IPC.

2] The complainant has given afdavit of no objection in

both the matters.

3] Papers show that FIR does not mention section 498-A of

IPC.

4] The petitioner(s) states that the marriage between

husband Kiran and the complainant is dissolved by decree of

divorce and the complainant has remarried subsequently.

5] We therefore, list the matters on 29 th January 2020 so as

to enable the parties to bring necessary details on record.
