1 By the present application, the transit Anticipatory
Bail is sought in C.R.No. 161/2021 registered with Begumpeth
police station on 18/11/2021. The said C.R invoke Sections
498A, 406, 506 IPC read with Sections 4 and 6 of the Dowry
Prohibition Act.

2 Since the applicants had enough time to approach the
Court of competent jurisdiction, the FIR being registered in the
month of November 2021, the relief sought cannot be granted.

3 Application is dismissed.
