Korukanti Kumar Vs. State of Andhra Pradesh

[Review Petition (Crl.) No. of 2022 arising out of D.No. 26273 of 2021 in Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No. 2816 of 2017]

Delay in filing Review Petition is condoned.

The accused was found guilty of the offences punishable under Sections 376, 302 and 309 of the IPC. The conviction and sentence recorded by the Trial Court was affirmed by the High Court in appeal. The Special Leave Petition arising therefrom having been dismissed by this Court, the instant Review Petition is filed.

We have gone through the grounds raised in the Review Petition and do not find any error apparent on record to justify interference.

This Review Petition is, therefore, dismissed.
